Becoming a member will give you greater confidence in dealing with the inevitable risks of the financial sector, knowing that the Company is ready to support you in challenging situations. Furthermore, knowing they can file a complaint at any time will give clients assurance in your commitment to service quality, as they will have access to a qualified third party should a dispute arise.

The Company’s goal is to unite financial professionals into a single, self-governing Committee which uses its expertise to issue resolutions on conflicts, making final decisions faster than standard regulatory bodies.

To obtain membership status, you must complete the appropriate form on the Company’s website, submitting an application. If you would like to receive an electronic copy of your application, please contact info@cryptoregulatoryaffairscommission.com.

We will provide you with an answer regarding your application from the Board of Directors within 21 business days. The verification of your application will result in you receiving a certificate, a participant code, and a pack with the necessary data.

It is the responsibility of every Member to have a Complaints Contact and Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure in place. Upon receiving a complaint, the broker must take the following steps:

  • Confirm that the request has been received.
  • If reimbursement is applicable, issue the payment.
  • If reimbursement cannot be made, give a clear justification.

If a client is dissatisfied with the results received from the broker, they have the right to forward their complaint to Crypto Regulatory Affairs Commission in accordance with the existing procedure.
